Boat builder jailed for excalibur tragedy

It was not until 2002 when the boat builder, a fellow student, told her former tutor about her alleged abuse and he told her that he would give her money if she stopped the abuse. But she did not say anything.

He then moved onto another girl, but then told her that he knew she was being abused and abused again

In 2003 the girl told the teacher: "You are doing something wrong, you are doing something wrong". She said she also told her boyfriend. The teacher, who is now retired, told his parents.

Then, two years later, the coach stopped coming to the house with her. The teacher said she decided to leave because she was tired of being so ignored.

In 2008 she made up with the coach but never told anybody about the previous abuse.

She tried again at one point and ended up in a long-term relationship with the same coach, who is now divorced and has three children.

A lawyer for the student said there were no grounds for stopping her at the time of her offence because her coach was living in England and she was now a student in Australia.

The coach's former partner and another coach said the abuse at the coach's apartment was not reported to police and that there were no plans for her to return. The coach was still living in England during the time of the alleged abuse.

After the rape in 2004 the victim asked to meet a friend of her boyfriend to express her concerns. In a text message to the friend, she revealed her previous abuse to the coach. The coach is still married and she has four children.

It was not until February 2009 that the coach moved again to Sydney.

She said at the first meeting the coach "was very friendly and really nice to us". The coach had "no problems whatsoever". At another meeting, the coach started crying and when she put her hand to his, he kissed her hand on the cheek.

He then continued to hold out his hand and touch her cheek during the meeting. She then asked to be left alone and was told her head was shaved. The coach made it clear there would be no contact after that.

In 2010 the coach again told the student she could not return to the coach's apartment because he was a victim of sexual abuse and she could not deal with it.

The coach told her not to leave the coach and she did just that.

On August 22 she returned to the coach's place to report the coach abuse and the coach agreed to keep her in his home for the night. She then left with the coach's friends who went to the coach's bedroom to find her in the shower.

The victim took her to her frien

Croc sighted in sydney, has been banned

After a successful raid targeting criminals with the help of an 'all clear', one officer on foot patrols the busy CBD's south-west.

As they searched four cars, four people were caught on camera in the footage.

One was spotted on a footpath with a bag of stolen goods, and three more were spotted in nearby parks and bushes.

All four were being held at police headquarters in central Sydney, and have been identified as the driver of the white Dodge Charger.

The car's serial number and owner are being kept secret as the force searches for further suspects.

They are all believed to be related to the July robbery of the Wollongong man whose leg was amputated in an accident six weeks ago.

Cpl Stephen Hutton said police officers regularly searched streets in this areas but this was the first time officers had been required to use foot patrols.

Caps man Peter Smith said he was happy his actions had resulted in the capture of the car's driver.

"I'll tell this story to show how important foot patrols are," he said.

"To see if people are innocent they have to act quickly on foot.

"I'm proud we had the courage to do something which saved lives.

"No one has to die for the people who have done bad things.

"I'm lucky that my partner has saved someone's life and if anyone else has done the same and their story got out people wouldn't be here right now."

CCP Hutton said the people caught on CCTV were not involved in a major armed crime or drug ring, but he was worried police and the public would be quick to view the incident in the wrong light.

"We just want them to know that this is nothing to do with criminality, no one's property is being taken.

"This is the community doing it to make life better."

The incident unfolded in a busy street of south-west Sydney at 1.20pm on Saturday, April 15.

Police were called to an incident involving a car and a number of people believed to have stolen motorbikes from a car park in the area.

The car which was used in the robbery, which happened in the Hoddle District, had to be extricated from a bush at a nearby footpath.

Five officers, who were on foot patrol, approached the car and were able to get out.

They then pulled two men out of the car and removed the stolen items from the car, which was suspected of being involved in the man's leg injury.

The police are still unsure what led to the raid

Spoon only an ego blow say eagles and I don't, that's his power." So, there's just a huge amount of power around. It's something that makes us feel important.

So the other reason why you had to become part of the crowd, in terms of your success, was as a rapper and you were getting more exposure, you wanted the audience to feel good about what you were doing. It's not just for you or the guys who are going to be doing it for an album or your own career.

It's just because it's an art form. And the more money that people can get in a song, the more people like it, they love it more. When you're in the studio on your own. You don't want to be known for people coming up to you and talking shit and calling you names because they know you're an artist. When I've worked with the label to try and get the album out on time, we went to the studio and everybody is on the same page on what we can do. It's not because they want it. When the records came out, everybody liked it, they thought it was dope. Then they want to go out and do their own thing, I'm not sure what we would do, it just comes down to me knowing who's behind who, you know. It's like a situation in life.

That doesn't mean when you're making music, you can't have a certain vibe. The reason why we all start off doing different things, and then that grows as we do, we want to have that vibe that we want to have on the record so that people can hear and relate to it. You know what I mean, you know, the feeling.

So the last thing for me, what I remember from getting to know you is you were able to put all of your influences in your music. I know you've been around an industry for so long, and there were some different influences that you weren't able to access on a record as far as a traditional hip hop album, how did you find that?

I feel like the reason why you don't have a traditional album is because that's the one thing you need to take from a different perspective. You can take a lot of what you can from traditional hip hop, but you really have to take it even further, you've gotta go far beyond traditional hip hop, it's not even for rappers in general, it's hip hop in general, you've gotta look at it a totally different way.

When I hear all the music on the radio. I hear everything every single day. The first time I heard my music on that radio station was '80s Rap. I think it's the reason why
